Two weeks ago we invited young artists to join us for a drink at Canvas (top floor Volkskrant building). It was a relaxed Sunday afternoon while establishing new connections. So we decided to make it a tradition. We like to get to know more artists of different disciplines, not only because we are planning big projects for the future, but also because we feel that we, young artists, need to collaborate in order to keep standing when the financial crisis becomes a cultural one.
